| Can I retain my number? |
|
| To keep you’re existing number, you would need to retain your PAC code which stand’s for Porting Authorization Code, from your current network. A PAC code is a mobile phone network-generated number that allows you to transfer your mobile phone number from one network provider to another. |

| Who Will I Be Billed From? |
| Gateway Telecom takes no part in the billing process. You will be billed only by the network for you’re selected tariff, be it O2, Orange, T-Mobile or 3G. We simply provide our customers the access and ability to tailor their tariffs to their specific needs. |

| How Long Does it Take? |
